Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

Required Technical Skills:    

  • Windows Server 2008 – 2016
  • Windows 7 – 10
  • Mobile Devices – iOS/Android
  • Office365
  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Active Directory
  • General Networking knowledge (DHCP / DNS)

Requirements:

  • Previous 3 years IT support or project delivery experience is expected.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving / troubleshooting skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to pick things up quickly, with a desire to learn.
