Salary: Competitive with uncapped commission

Hours: Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week
Earning potential: £60,000 in year 1

Core Focus

Help BCN grow its customer base in the UK SMB, SME & Mid Enterprise markets through a focused sales strategy involving on-premise IT, Office 365, Azure cloud and managed services.

You will join a team that is highly skilled and motivated to help BCN grow to a £25m business. 

You will have access to superb sales & marketing collateral and be supported by sales-centric leadership that will get the best from you and help you maximise your opportunity base and earning potential.

Our strategy is to assist you wherever we can in generating new business opportunities and help you build up a customer base that is loyal and spends regularly. We will help you fast track your career. 

Essential Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of selling to end user customers
  • SME/ Commercial/ mid Enterprise sector focus
  • Robust market knowledge in relation to Office 365, storage, cloud technologies, managed IT services
  • Track record of driving & securing new business
  • Excellent account development skills 

Desirable Attributes

  • University-educated 
  • Creative approach to sales
  • Current vendor sales specialisations – e.g. Microsoft, VM ware, Sophos
  • Self-motivated
  • Good sense of humour
  • Team mentality
